A life leveling event catapulted me onto a journey of soul alchemy — soul healing, growth, transformation, and expansion — to include numerous career changes from a military officer, civil/environmental engineer, and a licensed clinical social worker to a poet, writer, and soul coach. I want to share my journey in the form of soul alchemy practices.
The soul alchemy practices are psychoenergetic in nature where I integrate cognitive processing and soul energy work (visualizations). The practices were developed from both my personal and professional mental health experience. As a former licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, my experience included mental health assessment and diagnosis, individual psychotherapy, intensive skills group therapy for active duty service members, hospital social work, and hospice care.
